Anti-inflammatory Tea

Ingredients:
1 cup of very hot water
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1\4 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Juice of 1 Lemon
A pinch of cayenne pepper powder
Honey to taste
Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in the cup of very hot water except for the lemon juice.

Cover for 10 minutes than add the lemon juice and drink.

(note) drink before bed.
