KALE AND MUSHROOM SOUP
Delicious vegetable cream, good for breakfast, lunch or dinner
Enjoy it with crackers or toast for breakfast, it can be an excellent IDEA to complement a lunch or just want a light and healthy dinner!
Ingredients:
Oil, onion, tomato, mushrooms, garlic, salt, water, beet leaves, KALE, avocado, soy milk or almond milk
nutritional yeast,CILANTRO.


How to make it
Sautรฉ onion, tomato, garlic, with a spoonful of oil, then add the water (I USE approximately 3 cups) when it begins to boil remove from the fire and add 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, salt to taste,ย KALE, beet leaves, and wait until it Cools a little, pour into the blender (I USE VITAMIX ) blend until obtain a cream, add a little of the soy milk, CILANTRO and avocado (about half avocado).
