citrus fruit smoothie

 

 

 

 

Ingredient:

2 Oranges, 2 Tangerines.2 Pineapple slices 4 ice cubes

WHAT YOU NEED:

Blender

Cut the fruit into small pieces and put the tangerines, oranges first and then the pineapple and the ice cubes (no water is added so the juicy fruits are placed first) Add Ice and Blend  until it becomes creamy
